2nd Matrix: with 10 numbers to select the key number.

If in a draw there are no winners of first category, the money goes to the reservation fund, that is domain of the LAE (Loteries and Bets of the Spanish Government), that takes the decision on when to liberate the jackpot, grouping thus more funds to make the prizes bigger.
