The prizes in Spanish Lottery are done in a unique payment and are taxes free for lifetime.

If you play with us (in the website www.elgordo.com) your tickets/bets will not be sent until after the draw. If we would send them, there would be done an insurance for the value of maximum possible prize (really, really expensive, because the prizes can be huge). And due to security reasons, because they could be misleads or be stolen in the transportation, or arrive late after the draw, with the associated problems.
Your tickets/bets will be deposited in a bank, you can check in your customer intranet your tickets/bets for each draw. After the draw, those tickets/bets that will not be prized, will be sent by certified mail as order proof (and possibly as souvenir).
The prized tickets/bets will be cashed and the amount will be automatically added to you user account in elGordo.com where, with your money, you will be able to:
- Order the payment of the desired amount of your account via:
- bank transfer
- bank certified endorsed check to your name
- Or play again with this amount in new draws/bets, and do not lose money in bank commisions or fees.
If your prize is bigger than 6.000 euros the money is deposited directly in a bank account in Spain open in your name (we will contact you and request all the neccessary information). From there you can do what you want with your money. We will give you the legal advice neccessary.

If you did not bought your lottery in elGordo.com (perhaps in a travel to Spain), and you want to receipt a bak transfer, the prize of the service is a 30 €, plus bank fees (in prizes under 600 €, for more, contact our sales dept.). Remember that the validity of the prizes if of 3 months after the draw date.
If your lottery has a prize (check it in the results zone), congratulations. Now you have to convert your lottery in money, here in elGordo.
Just send us your winning tickets, with your personal data, and bank data, including SWIFT CODE and IBAN, by certified air mail, with signature request, or by the transport company that you desire to:
